Tavern came out of our love of the amazing regional foods found all over the world. A particular highlight of the way The Tavern is experienced is through our Tapas menu selections and our Tapas Bar. The Small Plates evolution that has been one of the chief engines of the new paradigm in dining is manifested in a variety of ways; Tapas is one word. Sushi, Mezze, Crudo, Ceviches, Piccolini or Stuzzichini are others.
